We were just notified a week ago by the District Fair’s office that we have been accepted to participate in the District Fair this year. It starts Wednesday, June 13th, and ends on Sunday, June 17th. I hope that everyone will come out and see us.

Shasta County District Fair – 2007

Friday, June 1st, 2007On Monday, May 28th, I hiked up to the top of Castle Crags of Shasta County with my good friend Jonathan. It was about 2.75 miles each way and we took a detour to see some natural springs that was about 2/10 of a mile each way. All in all it was 5.9 miles plus whatever hiking around we did at the top. The fact that I’m writing this is more for my sake than for the sake of anyone else. Needless to say, we had a blast and the weather was perfect for it.
